Its been a perfect combo for the last couple of weeks with LBP Beta and WipEout. How can you not pick this game up, gorgeous visuals, tight controls, and gameplay that is "muah"....magnifique !

WipEout HD has re-ignited my love for the series. Every single regular that I play with online picked up this game, perfect price and value. Im looking forward to hearing great numbers in terms of downloads for this one, and im really excited for downloadable content.

There are some creative little people out there for sure. Noteworthy levels like "World of Colour", "Little Big Collosus" , "Hollow Bastion", and my own creation "MILE HIGH ADVENTURE!". Check it out!
After spending just a wee 40 hours on a beta that only only contains 4 of the 50 story levels, creation toolset, and online play, I have concluded that LittleBigPlanet Beta receive a 10/10. Now the full game, 11/10......i take a 80 Couric sized crap at the mere thought of it coming out on the 21st.
malingenie, learn to read. Of course i know this whole article was pertaining to the comparison between Wipeout HD and the gamecube version of FZERO. Read this quote from the article "...F-Zero pretty much invented the high-speed future racing genre back on the SNES..."
Now read my post above. That is what it refers to. I was merely stating that FZERO predated Wipeout
Agree, WipEout HD has completely restored my interest in the series. It is truly a fantastic game and a great way to show off a tv and the system. Play on
I think he was reffering to the original FZERO which was released on the SNES in August of 1991. But since then WipEout has been the series that does high speed futuristic racing the correct way. No competition

My middle school memories are being ruined. Some things just shouldn't be brought to the big screen whether it be a book, videogame, or anime. Something that the producer/director of this movie and Uwe Boll don't understand.
Yea the screenshots look great. I'm a little troubled though because From Software has had a mediocre past of sorts with titles such as Enchanted Arms and Armored Core, but maybe since it's being published by Sony so maybe they'll be pushed to step it up a notch and utilize the technology a little better

The beta is already changing how I think about games, I went to bed at 2am a few nights ago but quickly got right back up after being unable to shut off my brain to sleep since all I could think about was how to concoct a freakin awesome tank that I could use in my levels.
Put nearly 20 hours in on just a beta, imagine how many hours I could put in with a full game complete with 50 levels in the box, thousands of collectables, and creations to share online limitlessly.

Endless indeed, so many ways to play the game. Playing story mode levels will is a completely different experience between playing by yourself and playing with 4 people.
Played user-created levels with a couple guys for hours, jumping from one new level to another, granted there were a lot of rocket levels, but some people are coming up with some great ideas.
Agree with you there my friend, 8 hours straight on it last night, killer time. people are coming up with some hilarious scenes for their user created levels, although somewhat lacking polish and mostly rocket car/sled/boat/snowmobile/skate board crazy, but hey we've only had the tools for a couple days.
The beta is just fantastic guys, no sugar coating it, I don't exaggerate, and I tell it how it really is.
Played the beta 8 hours straight today, nonstop, back and forth between creation, which is so highly intuitive and quick to pick up, with some amazing features, story, and online
Then I could easily hop into a game with others and play player-created levels nearly for an unlimited time. This game will give people stories and experiences to talk about for week...
Im an engineer and I use the larger HP model for modeling in SolidWorks. Thank god for that think, makes it a breeze
